Special Issue on Refugees and Education published in the JEiE
The Journal on Education in Emergencies (JEiE) is happy to announce the publication of its latest issue, JEiE Vol. 5, No. 2. This is the critical and timely Part II of the Special Issue on Refugees and Education.
Part II addresses important themes such as understanding refugee education at various levels, accounting for economic, social, and cultural dimensions of refugee education, and the advantage of diverse methodologies of research for improving refugee education. Part I of the special issue, which was published in December 2019, is available here.
In conjunction with the special issue, JEiE has released a new season of its podcast, Behind the Pages. Behind the Pages dives into the work of our authors and explores the experiences, interests, and motivations behind each journal article. Join the host, Nathan Thompson, as he leads discussions with our Part I authors on SoundCloud, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and Stitcher. You can join the conversation by tagging @JournalonEiE and using #RefugeeEducation on your social media platforms.
