Beijing Normal University, a key university under the administration of the Ministry of Education, is a renowned institution of higher education known for teacher education, education science and basic learning in both the arts and the sciences. BNU partners with NORRAG to publish an electronic Mandarin Version of NORRAG Special Issue – NSI China, which contains a translation of some of the articles in the English version. BNU also handles the contextualization and editing of NSI by naming a local editor to manage the selection of content to be translated as well as add 3 to 4 articles about education and training contributed by Chinese authors. BNU is also involved in local launch events of NSI in China.
