[Job Board] Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Evaluation) - Education Above All

Summary

Responsible for coordination of the design, implementation and reporting of the evaluation and Learning and Knowledge management components of the Educate A Child (a global program of Education Above All) M&E Functions- Including formative and summative evaluations, case studies, surveys, and other assessments of EAC program activities and providing technical guidance and support to evaluation activities of partner projects.

Educate A Child is a global program of EAA with an aim to significantly reduce the number of children worldwide who are denied their right to education by providing learning opportunities. EAC works with partner organizations towards its mission to trigger significant breakthroughs in providing out of school children, facing extreme poverty, cultural barriers, and belonging to conflict-affected environments, an opportunity for a full course of quality primary education.

Requirements

Master’s degree or international equivalent in Education or related field; PhD preferred. 10+ years of working experience with international donors, government ministries, civil society organizations, and education policymakers preferably in educational evaluations or related fields.
