KIX Regional Observatory Launch: Africa Regional Education System Resilience Observatory

Makerere University School of Public Health-Resilient Africa Network (RAN) is pleased to invite you to the official launch of the Africa Regional Education System Resilience Observatory (ARESRO) on 25 February 2025, 3:00-4:30pm EAT, in collaboration with Link Community Development, Uganda and the Resilience Research Centre (RRC) at Dalhousie University, Canada.
ARESRO is one of six regional observatories worldwide, under the Global Partnership for Education Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (GPE KIX) education system resilience initiative. The initiative aims to examine the meanings and practices of education system resilience and potential future disruptions to education systems in GPE partner countries. The regional observatory will generate evidence to support GPE partner countries in Africa to build education systems that can adapt to ongoing and future disruptions.
The launch event will include a wide range of stakeholders, including participants from Ministries of education from GPE partner countries in Africa. Interpretation will be available in French.
