Oxford Review of Education - 50th Anniversary

In celebration of the Oxford Review of Education’s 50th Anniversary, 50 articles are being made freely available!

The journal was established to provide a forum for an “enlarged discussion” of educational issues, with contributions from researchers from diverse fields and disciplines. There are 50 articles selected by the Editors which are freely available in celebration of this 50th anniversary. They purposefully set out to choose articles that represent the quality and breadth of publications in the Oxford Review of Education, but avoided selecting articles that are already freely available. The journal addresses big topics in education in many different sectors and the selected articles focus upon early years settings, schools and higher education. The selections are from authors and research projects in a range of geographical locations and include research on poverty, inequality, assessment, structural issues in education, politics of education, well-being in schools, the teaching profession, methodological issues, and the economics of education.
