Professional Development Opportunity: second review of the quality of USAID-funded research and evaluation studies
USAID commissioned the second review of the quality of USAID-funded research and evaluation studies using an updated quality assessment framework. The review will be conducted remotely between January 23 and February 3, 2023. Although the reviewers will not be compensated, this is a great professional development opportunity. Meetings will be organized to answer reviewer questions about the tools.
The anticipated level of effort for each participating individual is approximately 8 hours to review one report.
To nominate individuals from your organization or in-country researchers/evaluators to participate in this important study, please have each individual complete the brief questionnaire available through the following link and then MSI will promptly follow up with each individual:
Please note the following minimum required qualifications for reviewers:
- Advanced degree (exceptions may be considered upon request with justification) or BA plus 10 years experience and current engagement; graduate students may be considered
- Experience designing and/or implementing education research and/or evaluations
- Functional proficiency in English
- Availability to participate in training and a review in January (about 8 hours of engagement)
