A Programme Manager on Early Childhood Education
The successful candidate will be responsible to implement RTE’s strategic objective regarding ECE & the right to pre-primary education which is to ‘lead global advocacy for the establishment of an international legal framework that recognizes free quality pre-primary education; provide legal and empirical information, advice and tools, including defining specific indicators and offering guidance for monitoring this issue.
A part-time Programme Officer to work on the right to public education and non-states actors involvement in education
The Programme Officer will provide support to RTE’s Executive Director for work on the right to public education and the involvement of non-State actors. The precise priority issues may evolve in the future in line with RTE’s strategic plan. The role may involve travel to undertake field research and to attend work-related meetings and events worldwide (subject of course to developments with Covid-19).
A part-time Communication Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop and implement an exciting and audience-focused communications strategy in line with RTE’s strategic plan. The communications manager will be responsible for the management and development of RTE’s website, ensuring the content is always relevant and up to date, sharing information to targeted audiences and raising RTE’s profile. He or she will play a key role in supporting RTE’s priority activities and programmes.
