UNESCO Chair on Learning Sciences: Co-designing the Future of Learning with Youth

As part of the UNESCO Chair on Learning Sciences at the Learning Planet Institute, join this interactive online session exploring the question: What are the best ways to  co-design the future of learning with youth?

The session will showcase innovative initiatives that actively involve youth in shaping the future of education, spanning governance, curriculum design, and education advocacy. The panel of education leaders include:

• Manja Klemenčič, Associate Senior Lecturer on Sociology and General Education,  Harvard University and Editor of Bloomsbury Handbook of Student Politics and Representation in Higher Education

• Michael Winter, Co-President – Oikos International

• Arissa Roy, Co-chair Healthy and Safe Spaces, Schools & Self, UNESCO SDG 4 Youth and Students Network

• Finalists from the Learning Planet Youth Design Challenge

The session aims to generate actionable insights for creating learning environments responsive to the needs and aspirations of young people, fostering their active participation in shaping their educational experiences.
